Paradigm Physical Therapy accepts most out-of-network insurance plans including, but not limted to, Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Oxford, United Healthcare and Medicare.

The allowable number of visits per year or per condition varies from plan to plan. Paradigm Physical Therapy is happy to work with your insurance company to determine your physical therapy benefits.
